Quick answer
What does LLMWebSearch keep about my searches?
LLMWebSearch keeps one log line per API call: the time, your account, the first 60 characters of the query, how many results and pages came back, and the credits used. These lines are deleted after 30 days. Page content is never stored, and no model is trained on your queries. Accounts need no KYC: an account number, with an optional email.
What do you record about my account and my calls?
Each call leaves one log line: the time, the account, the first 60 characters of the query, how many results and pages were returned, and the credits. Lines are deleted after 30 days. The content of the pages we read is not kept. Account number, orders, top-ups and credit totals stay while the account exists, then only as long as accounting law asks. Authorities receive records only when a law compels us.
The log line exists for three reasons: to show you your usage, to settle a billing question, and to look into an abuse report. Sixty characters is enough to recognise a query in a dispute; it is not the full prompt your agent built.
What do you never collect?
- No identity documents, selfies, company papers or card numbers: we do not need them to sell prepaid credits.
- No copy of the pages we read for you. They pass through our reader, go into the response and are not kept.
- No full queries beyond the 60-character excerpt, and no record of what your model did with the results.
- No advertising profile and no sale of data to anyone.
Do you train models on my queries or results?
No. We do not train any model on your queries or on what the API returns, and we add no rule of our own against storing results; the rights of the sites whose pages you read still apply.
We say it plainly because the question matters for agent builders: some search services reserve the right, in their terms, to reuse what customers send them. Ours do not.
Who else takes part in a search?
Two kinds of outside parties, and neither learns who you are.
- The search service we use upstream receives the query text and the filters you set, such as country and language, so it can return results. It receives no account number, key, email or payment detail from us.
- The websites we read see a request from our page reader with the user agent
LLMWebSearch/1.0 (+https://llmwebsearch.com/bot/). They do not see your account, your key or your identity.
Crypto payments are made on public blockchains. The transaction is visible there, as for any on-chain transfer, but we do not publish which account it funded.
Does the website use cookies?
The public pages set no advertising or analytics cookies. The dashboard stores only what it needs to keep you signed in and to remember interface choices, such as the language. The payment page shows an address and an amount and loads no third-party trackers.
When do you share data?
We sell and rent nothing. Records are handed to an authority only when a law compels us, and we tell the account holder when the law allows us to. Account, order and top-up records are kept while the account exists, then for the period accounting rules require.
How can I view or erase my data?
Your usage history and your top-ups are visible in the dashboard. To close the account and erase what can be erased, ask from the dashboard or write to [email protected] with an order ID. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number or one of your API keys, by email or in a chat.
Closing an account also removes its unused credits, as the terms explain, so spend them or ask about them first.
