Quick answer
Can I get a refund on LLMWebSearch search credits?
Yes, in two cases. A LLMWebSearch credit pack bought in the last 72 hours goes back to your balance if less than 20% of it was spent. A pack that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, goes back in full. Top-ups stay on the balance, except the part added only to reach the $25 minimum, which can come back in USDT or USDC.
What is the full rule?
A pack bought in the last 72 hours goes back to your balance if less than 20% of its credits were spent. If a pack does not work and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the whole pack goes back to your balance. Top-ups stay on the balance and are not paid out unless the law requires it; whatever you added only to reach the minimum top-up comes back on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, as long as it is unspent.
A person handles each request. Once it is approved, the amount shows on your balance. Calls that end in an error never need a refund, because they cost nothing to begin with. The same goes for a page a website refuses inside a successful search: the search price does not change.
Case 1: the pack was too big
You buy 100,000 searches for $145 and run 6,000 searches to wire up your agent. The next morning you see that 25,000 searches would last you months. You write to support: 6% of the pack is spent, below 20%, and less than 72 hours have passed. The full $145 returns to your balance, and you buy the smaller pack from it.
Case 2: the pack never worked
You buy 25,000 searches for $41.25, and every call returns an error caused on our side. Support cannot solve it within 24 hours. The whole pack returns to your balance, however many calls you attempted, because none of them gave you a result.
Case 3: you only needed the smallest pack
You want 5,000 searches at $9.25, but a top-up must be at least $25. After the purchase, the difference sits on your balance for your next pack.
If you never spend it, ask for it within 30 days of the payment and it is sent back in USDT or USDC. That is the only part of a top-up that leaves the balance, unless the law requires otherwise.
How do I ask?
From the support form in the dashboard, or by email to [email protected]. Give the order ID from your order history. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number or one of your API keys, by email or in a chat.
Support answers within 12 hours. Tell us which case applies and, for a pack that does not work, paste one failing response with its error code; it shortens the review.
Why do refunds go to the balance and not to my wallet?
A blockchain transfer cannot be pulled back like a card charge, and each new transfer costs a network fee. A balance credit costs you nothing and is usable at once for any pack.
The one payout in coins is the minimum top-up difference described in case 3. Apart from that, payments are not sent back, except where the law says they must be.
